Detects nucleic acids of 12 sexually transmitted and vaginal infection pathogens using three multiplex mixes in a single run.
Built-in contamination control
The master mix contains a uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) system to reduce carry-over contamination.
Internal control in every reaction
An internal control, read in a dedicated channel, helps monitor reaction validity.
Optimised thermal profile
An optimised thermal cycle shortens reaction time on the CFX96 and QuantStudio 5/7 systems.
